IMPACT:
There was no impact on already existing/running customers’ virtual machines, hosts, network accessibility, and/or any other running services. During the maintenance, customers were unable to perform any calls to the API, directly or through the web interface (panel) for about 5 minutes.

IMPACT:
There will be no impact on already existing/running customers’ virtual machines, hosts, network accessibility, and/or any other running services. During the maintenance, customers will not be able to perform any calls to the API, directly or through the web interface (panel) for up to 15 minutes. Also, a brief interruption in the web interface may occur.

Completed - CloudSigma would like to inform you that we performed a scheduled maintenance of our storage cluster in the Pert cloud location. During the maintenance, we upgraded the underlying software in our storage cluster.

IMPACT:
There was no impact on any of the existing servers, drives, or networking, other than a slight increase in the I/O operations for the duration of the maintenance window.

Completed - CloudSigma would like to inform you that we performed a scheduled maintenance of the database in the Perth cloud location. During the maintenance, we upgraded the version of our database. The actual works took 30 minutes in total.

IMPACT:
There was no impact on already existing/running customers’ virtual machines, hosts, network accessibility and/or any other running services. During the maintenance, the API was not able to process requests, and also the WebApp was unreachable for a few minutes.
