CloudSigma would like to inform you that the scheduled Network maintenance in our Perth cloud was successfully completed. More precisely, we rerouted the traffic, so we can start to announce the subnets from the new location.

All support activities were conducted under the direct supervision of CloudSigma’s operations staff.

IMPACT:
No interruption or degraded performance was observed during the maintenance within the network infrastructure. The actual maintenance took no longer than 2 hours in total.

While it is important for CloudSigma to perform maintenance such as this to ensure the quality of our services, we do everything possible to minimize any inconvenience to our customers. We appreciate your patience and welcome any feedback.

CloudSigma would like to inform you that the planned Network maintenance of the Perth cloud will be extended with an additional 1 hour.

All support activities will be conducted under the direct supervision of CloudSigma’s DevOps staff.

IMPACT:
During the maintenance, there will not be any public network interruption. The actual maintenance is scheduled to take no longer than 1 hour in total.
