[PER] Network Maintenance

CloudSigma would like to inform you that we have performed a scheduled maintenance of our Network infrastructure of the Perth cloud. During the maintenance window, we performed network tests in the new Perth cloud.

All support activities were being conducted under direct supervision by CloudSigma’s DevOps staff.

IMPACT:
There was no interruption in the public or private networking. The actual maintenance works took ~130 minutes in total.

CloudSigma would like to inform you that we are planning to perform a scheduled maintenance of our Network infrastructure of the Perth cloud. During the maintenance window, we will be performing network tests in the new Perth cloud.

All support activities will be conducted under direct supervision by CloudSigma’s DevOps staff.

IMPACT:
There will not be an interruption in the public or private network. The actual maintenance works are expected to take no longer than 1 hour in total.

While it is important for CloudSigma to perform maintenance such as this to ensure the quality of our services, we do everything possible to minimize any inconvenience to our customers. We appreciate your patience and welcome any feedback.
